You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at ELEVEN25 has his or her own individual contract, with one person per bed space. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bed space in your unit is empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.

Yes, all apartments at ELEVEN25 include a furniture package including a full-size bed, dresser, desk and chair in each bedroom, and a sofa, coffee table and counter stools in each common area.
The standard term is August 24, 2017 to August 2, 2018, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Alternate dates may be available; please inquire with our staff.
Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. ELEVEN25 also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — simply fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. There is a convenience fee for one-time online payments, but automatic recurring payments are always free.
Your living costs at ELEVEN25 can be covered by financial aid, as with on-campus housing. Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at ELEVEN25. Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.
Nearly all the residents at ELEVEN25 are students and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind. Nonetheless, ELEVEN25 is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students. Family members are welcome as well, subject to occupancy limits.
ELEVEN25 offers 24-hour security and features a security checkpoint with electronic turnstiles at the building entrance. Management staff is also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
ELEVEN25 is a no-pets community. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of apartment-mates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
ELEVEN25 offers optional parking for residents in a state-of-the-art covered parking garage for an additional charge.
Eleven25 is located just blocks away from the universities. We also have a private shuttle just for our residents that stops at all the universities!
